Honey (Acacia)

Acacia honey is a monofloral variety of honey produced by bees pollinating the Acacia flower. This honey is characterized by having a very light color, and a very soft texture; with a very neutral floral aroma. This is why Acacia honey is used as a natural sweetener in many cases. Acacia honey is harvested in July and August from the foothills of the Himalayas near Islamabad. At Rayyan Organics, we make sure to purify the honey without heat or purifying machines using the traditional manual purifying procedure.
